Exchange/refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or color. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days after you received your order. Shipping is for your own cost. Please send us an email with your track and trace code to: info@laitdecocostudio.com

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

- Lait de Coco reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

STORE CREDIT
We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Please send us an email to receive the code (info@laitdecocostudio.com). Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us. Store credit does not expire. 

EXCHANGES
We will accommodate an exchange in the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.  Please send us an email to request an exchange to: info@laitdecocostudio.com

Once the exchange item is received to the Lait de Coco studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Lait de Coco. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Lait de Coco is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. For more information on making an international return please email info@laitdecocostudio.com. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@laitdecocostudio.com.
