Shipping and handling

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days and it will be delivered in 1 working day. After receiving your payment, we will send a tracking number, so you can follow the shipment.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES?

We accept orders from all European countries.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You can check the status of  your order through the track and trace code you got with your order. Right here you can enter the code, and stay up to date.

 

CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Items from our collection can be returned. Vintage items, and jewelry will not be able to be exchanged for either another  item, or for a refund. Please check out 'return information' for more info.

WHAT DOES SOLD OUT MEAN?

The vintage items are one of a kind, and won't be able to be restocked. 'Collection' items and jewelry on the other hand, will we restocked frequently.

 

HOW CAN I LOGIN?

You can create an account here. To log in to your account you need your email-address and your password.

  

MY PASSWORD DOESN'T WORK

Passwords are case-sensitive. In case your login and password don't seem to work, please remove cookies and restart your system. Forgot your password? If you still have problems with your password, please contact us by mail.

  

COLORS

The colors on your screen can be slightly different than the original product. Your screen setting can influence the colors as well. We try to display the colors as realistic as possible.

  

WHAT SIZE IS THE MODEL?

The sizes of the vintage items vary widely. In our extensive product description all dimensions of the clothes are described. In case you still have questions about the item, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM I LIKE IS VINTAGE OR NEW?

If an item is vintage or new, you can see on the product description.

 

THE CLOTHES ARE DAMAGED WHEN I GOT THEM DELIVERED. WHAT DO I DO?

Our vintage items are in good shape, and contain nearly any damage. The items are still second hand, and it may occur that one of the items has a small  sign of use. We always make sure we will notify you about this before your order is being placed. If you receive an item with serious damage, you can send the item back and we take care of the problem.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

No. We only have regular packaging.


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE FITS ME BEST?

Our sizes variate a lot, because vintage Items come from different places. We try to describe the size and the fit of the item as clear as possible (visually and lyrically) to inform you in the right way. If you have any specific questions  about an item, or want to try it on, you can always contact us at Info@laitdecoco.com to gather information or to make an appointment.

 

DO YOU  OFFER ALTERATION SERVICES?

We do not offer any alteration services ourself.
 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS CANCELED?

It might be not available any longer. If so we will contact you in 1-2 working days about the cancellation, and will will refund the full amount  immediately.

All items which aren’t ‘vintage’ are made in Amsterdam.
